Great Stride

A great stride was made today by me. I got my edit started for the first production of my Fmp which is shopping with Dier. models. Right now I have edited 3 minutes of footage and it already looks great. I was surprised on how smoothly it went when I was editing on Adobe Premier Pro. I didn’t have any major concerns when editing, and the choice of music I put in the edit was impeccable. I utilised the razor tool on premier pro, and I slowed and speed up footage to make it more interesting for my audience to watch. On many occasions throughout the edit, I was stoked on how good this could look if I continued with the current work ethic I had today. The people who came inside my editing suite were impressed as well. Everyone who came in had positive energy, and superb skills when it comes to editing so those just being there made me even more inspired to carry on. However, there was one moment my teacher came in and saw my only just created opening sequence. He stated that audiences can have short attention spans, and suggested that I should cut up the footage more and speed things up. That’s exactly what I did. I changed the speed to 150x and cut up the footage more. For Wednesday I have decided the book the editing suite, and I am hoping for another positive day.

Opening song for my video. Enjoy

Peace
